The Kate Spade saga has finally ended, in kind of an anti-climactic matter. The investigation isn’t even over. But I guess I called enough times that they have just decided to refund me without finding the location of the bag. Two nights ago, the customer service rep put in a request for a supervisor to contact me. I missed her call, and when I called back asking for the supervisor, the rep seemed concerned that I knew who the supervisor was.
Well, the supervisor wasn’t there. So, the lady read my call log and decided to process my refund. It seemed like they could have done this at anytime, which is really frustrating.
But whatever, it’s DONE.
