Let’s talk about this winter thing. I am a wimp in the cold and have gone into semi-hibernation. Really. Last night, as I started to write, I fell asleep in my desk chair before 9. When I woke fifteen minutes later, I bleerily picked myself up and climbed into bed to sleep until 6. This pattern has been developing where I can’t sleep until past midnight one night, and then the next night succumb to slumber earlier than my three-year old niece. I wish I could find the happy medium. Or just take a week off to sleep. That would be great! Is the early darkness affecting your sleep and lifestyle?
