Things I have been good about:
- Bringing lunch to work 4/5 times a week.
- Going to bed when I feel tired.
- Tidying up (not daily, but more often than before.)
- Being conscious of spending.
Things I have been bad about:
- Snacking too often.
- Wedding planning.
- Exercising more often.
Things I am looking forward to:
- Running a half marathon this Sunday (even if they have to pick me up because I am too slow or have a broken foot.).
- Going to Disneyland with a friend I haven’t been with in over a year.
- Reading more.
- A movie with Rachel.
- Picking up bridesmaids dresses.
That has been what my life has consisted of since last week. I hope I narrow the gap between posts.
